Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has started or services have been completed.
If a client is dissatisfied, we encourage contacting us promptly so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, offer corrective or follow-up work to resolve concerns.
Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on preparation, consultation, or materials already arranged.

Refunds & Cancellations
All services provided are subject to availability and confirmation. Once a service has commenced or materials have been purchased, payments are non-refundable.
Clients may request cancellation prior to service commencement. Any approved refunds will be assessed based on work completed, planning time, or costs already incurred.
We reserve the right to offer corrective services in place of refunds where appropriate.
